Leadership Retreat and Support
We coordinate planning sessions across corporation and building leadership heading into 2024-2025. Packages may include using your corporation space for meeting or conducting an offsite retreat in a regional location. Sessions are recommended for 1-1.5 days over the summer or fall.

Strategic Planning
We support the development or revision of strategic plans with schools/corporations. These may include school/corporation support and development or revision of final materials, 2) interviews and collaboration with stakeholders, and delivery formalized plan and communication materials.

Curriculum Selection and Implementation
We support the selection process with key stakeholders, audit of existing materials and develop a roadmap for change management, implementation and support. The most successful plans include monitoring and oversight against defined success criteria.
